ABOUT

A Different Path to Healing

My work didn't begin with a theory.

It began with a question.

What if the body isn’t broken?

What if it's doing exactly what it was designed to do?

My Story

Years ago, I was diagnosed with a chest tumor.

I was told what the next steps should be. But something didn't feel right.

I began to look deeper. At my environment. At what I was exposed to each day. At the subtle ways my body was being impacted — without my awareness.

What I discovered changed everything.

Simple, intentional shifts. Hidden toxins removed. Surroundings changed. A space that truly supported my body.

Over time, my body responded.

And I healed—naturally.

That experience didn't just change my health. It changed the direction of my life.

The Work That Followed

As an award-winning journalist and researcher, I brought that curiosity into everything.

My first book, Super Natural Home, helped thousands uncover hidden toxins in their living spaces.

It was a starting point.

A way to bring awareness for what had long been overlooked.

My Work Today

Today, my work has expanded beyond the home.

I help people reduce their toxic load without overwhelm, reconnect with their body's natural intelligence, and create a life that supports resilience and clarity.

This is not about doing more.

It's about seeing differently.

How My Work Has Evolved

Over time, I realized my work was about more than removing toxins.

It was about what we create—

in our environment, our body,

and the way we live.

Because healing isn’t something we force.

It happens when the body feels safe, supported, and aligned.

That understanding became my second book:

At Ease: How Feeling Safe Restores Your Body’s Capacity to Heal

What I Believe

The body is intelligent.

Always working on your behalf.

Healing is alignment, not perfection.

Small shifts create profound change.

You are not broken.

You never were.

A Personal Note

If you’re here, you may be searching.

For answers.

For clarity.

For a different way forward.

I understand that.

And I want you to know — your body has not lost its ability to heal.

Sometimes, it simply needs the right conditions.

Begin where you are.

You don’t need to change everything. You don’t need to get it perfect.

You only need to begin — with one awareness, one shift, one new way of seeing.

From there, everything can change.
